Getting Started

How do I use the app?

Simply take a photo of any vehicle or select one from your gallery. Our AI will analyze the image and provide detailed information about the vehicle including make, model, year, and specifications.

Is the app free?

New users get 1 free analysis to try the app. Additional analyses require credits which can be purchased through in-app purchases. Credits never expire and are stored permanently in your account.

What languages are supported?

Car Identify is available in Turkish and English, with comprehensive vehicle databases for both languages.

How much do credits cost?

We offer three credit packages:
• 10 Credits - Starter Package
• 50 Credits - Popular Package
• 200 Credits - Premium Package
Prices vary by region and are processed through App Store/Google Play.

Do credits expire?

No! Credits are permanently stored in your account and never expire. You can use them whenever you want to analyze vehicles.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and credits cannot be refunded once purchased. However, if you experience technical issues preventing analysis, please contact our support team.

Can I transfer credits to another device?

Credits are tied to your device and cannot be transferred. Make sure to use your credits before switching devices.

How accurate is the vehicle identification?

Our AI achieves over 99% accuracy for most vehicles. However, results are for informational purposes only and should be verified through official sources for important decisions.

What information do I get about vehicles?

You'll receive comprehensive information including:
• Make, model, year, and generation
• Technical specifications (engine, power, transmission)
• Available trims and features
• Target audience and use cases
• Common issues and maintenance tips

What image quality works best?

For best results, use clear, well-lit photos that show the vehicle from the front or side. Avoid blurry images or photos taken from far away.

Privacy & Security

What happens to my photos?

Vehicle images are processed securely through OpenAI's API for analysis and are not permanently stored on our servers. All personal data is stored locally on your device.

Is my data safe?

Yes! We prioritize privacy and security. Data transmitted to OpenAI is encrypted in transit, and we don't maintain a central user database. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I delete my data?

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all your data by uninstalling the app or using the "Reset Data" option in settings.

Troubleshooting

Camera/Gallery Not Working

  • Ensure camera permissions are granted
